1. General Servicing (Routine Maintenance)

This is your aircond’s "health check." We don’t just wash the filters; we perform a systematic cleaning of the front panel, cover, and water tray.

What we do: Vacuuming the drainage system to prevent clogs and brushing the evaporator coils.
Benefit: Improves airflow immediately, reduces your monthly electricity bill, and prevents minor issues from turning into expensive repairs.
Recommended for: Residential units every 3 to 6 months.

When a normal wash isn't enough, our chemical treatment acts as a "deep detox" for your unit.

What we do: We use specialized alkaline-based cleaners to dissolve stubborn jelly, mold, and accumulated dust deep within the cooling coils. For an Overhaul, we completely dismantle the unit to clean every hidden part.
Benefit: Eliminates "musty" smells, kills 99% of bacteria/mold, and restores the unit to its original cooling capacity (like new!).
Recommended for: Units that haven't been serviced for over a year or those that are still warm after a general service.

Is your aircond blinking, making loud vibrating noises, or refusing to turn on? Our technicians are "detectives" for your cooling system.

What we do: We diagnose mechanical and electronic failures, such as faulty PCB boards, burnt-out capacitors, or noisy fan motors.
Benefit: We provide an honest diagnosis. We aim to repair parts whenever possible to save you the cost of a full replacement.
Common Fixes: Sensor replacements, remote control syncing, and motor lubrication.

A long-lasting aircond starts with a perfect installation. Poorly installed units often lead to gas leaks and high vibration later on.

What we do: We calculate the correct BTU for your room size, use high-quality copper piping with proper insulation, and ensure the outdoor unit is mounted securely with good ventilation.
Benefit: Neat aesthetic (no messy wires), prevents future water leaking issues, and ensures your manufacturer’s warranty remains valid.

Your aircond uses refrigerant (gas) to move heat out of the room. If the gas level is low, the compressor has to work twice as hard.

What we do: We check the pressure levels using professional gauges. We support all gas types, including the eco-friendly R32, high-efficiency R410A, and older R22 systems.
Benefit: Prevents the compressor from overheating (which is very expensive to replace) and ensures your air is "ice-cold" even during the hottest afternoons in Bandar Sri Damansara.
